Once we receive your concern, our team will review it and respond at the earliest.

If your complaint is found to be genuine, we will share a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the product.

Products returned without our provided return label or prior confirmation will not be accepted.

After we receive your returned item, our team will carry out a physical inspection.

If the issue is verified, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product.
